Tiger Solution LLC. was the first Canadian law firm to be registered as Consultants to the Iter-America Development Bank (“IDB”), and has also acted for and/or in transactions involving other regional and multinational Development Financial Institutions, such as World Bank,  (IBRD Line of Credit Facilities),  DEG of Germany; SBI of Belgium, etc.  The firm has on past occasions, acted extensively for COFACE (Company Francaise d’Assurance pour le Commerce Exteriur) and BFCE (Banque Francaise pour Commerce Exteriur), which are both national export credit agencies (ECA) of France.

Being an African/Canadian owned Law Firm, Tiger Solution LLC has her African office in Togo, West Africa since 2005. The Firm was listed on the Registry of the Bar Association of Togo since JUNE 12th, 2006 and includes besides seven (09) Lawyers, one (02) senior solicitor and tax expert, four (03) solicitors, one (02) legal assistant and translator and more than twenty other staff members.

It puts its know-how at the disposal of its Clients both in the sub-region and in Europe and Middle East, relying, if necessary, on a network of correspondents and confirmed consultants.

In order to better achieve our goal of total satisfaction of our Clients, the Firm has been committed since August 4th, 2006 in the process of ISO certification which ended on May 4th, 2010 with its certification to ISO 9001:2010 renewed on July 9th July, 2016. On July 9th, 2019 it successfully migrated from the 2006 version to the 2016 version of ISO 9001 certification.

Tiger Solution LLC is also the laureate of Quality Excellence Awards of TOGO and UEMOA in 2012. That is what made it earn the distinction of the winner of the prestigious Award “WORD QUALITY COMMITMENT” Gold category that it was awarded in October 2017 in Paris by the International Business Initiative Directions Organization (BID).
